Q&A with Technical Support: Permissions for Acrobat Plug-in
What permissions are necessary for installing the Acrobat Plug-in for Approval Manager?
To install the Acrobat Plug-in for Approval Manager, a PC user should be logged into the computer as an Administrator. This is only needed for installation of the Plug-in. Once installed, users can log in as non-administrative users to use the Plug-in when reviewing proofs with Acrobat. Mac OS X users will be prompted to authenticate as a user with administrative rights to complete the installation.

Smart Tip of the Month: Mark up Costs to set Pricing
Have you ever wanted to mark up the price of an item in Job Manager based on the cost of the task or material item? Such a feature now exists in Job Manager that allows the Administrator to calculate the unit price of an item by marking up the unit cost of the item by a desired percentage. This will lessen the amount of time required to calculate unit pricing and speed the overall deployment of Job Manager.

Additional Resources: Window Switching Shortcut
You may have switched between programs using the keyboard shortcut of Alt - Tab, but did you know that there are ways to switch between the windows that are opened in the applications you are using, including the Virtual Ticket and Digital Storage Manager desktop clients? In Mac OS X, users simply need to use the CMD ~ (tilde) key combination to switch between the open windows of the current application. PC users can use CTRL - Tab to switch between the active application's open windows.
