Q&A with Technical Support

How can I get an email activity report for InterSync?

Using the MetaCommunications Report Generator, a system administrator can have regularly scheduled reports sent to them about the files which have most recently been processed by InterSync and the last successful backup of your SQL Database. Reports about InterSync include information such as: processed events, ready events, failed events and deleted events. This information can help system administrators identify and troubleshoot problems before they occur.
