The Procurement Solutions Library facilitates a bidding process that allows Request for Quotes (RFQs), along with customizable specification information, to be sent to a set of vendors via email and PDF. The process can be scheduled in Workgroups, and a vendor awarded based on the responses to the RFQs and specifications.
A built-in search enables users to manage a working list of outstanding RFQs, ensuring managers always know the current status of each procurement process.
Purchase Orders (POs) may be created directly from within the RFQs, or independently in the system. A built-in report provides monthly accruals.
