Whether you are working in the creative, prepress, publishing or printing environment, today's projects seem to grow increasingly complex every day. With Workgroups 2007, files can be associated with virtually any information found in your forms. This includes customer name, job number, text contents automatically extracted as metadata, or even your own unique notes, keywords, and descriptions that you add to the file. Associating files with a job is as simple as dragging and dropping files onto forms, or it can be done automatically with Digital Storage Manager. Once the association between the document and the form is created, you can use any of the information contained in either to search for documents and related forms.
With Workgroups 2007, integrated file management is implemented right out of the box.
